Conditions and cancellation policy

Payment:
Payment is made directly at the property in cash or credit card.
Check In: 15:00h to 22:00h
Check Out: 08:00h to 11:00h
Guests arriving outside reception opening hours, please inform the hotel in advance.
From 1 September to 30 June reception will be closed Monday afternoon and Tuesday all day. Please call the telephone 34 972390241 to delivery of the keys.
Cancellation:
Please inform the property at least 3 days prior to arrival. If you cancel after the deadline the hotel reserves the right to charge the first night.

No show:
In case of no show without informing three days before, as indicated in the previous paragraph, shall pay the total stay.

Children and extra beds:
Children under 5 years sharing bed with parents GRATIS.Children above 11 years of age or adults must pay the price stipulated by the hostel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the fall arrival.
Extra beds must be confirmed by the hotel

Pet:
Pets are allowed. No additional cost
